They have the talent to succceed, but they have a lot of info to absorb, learning to play in far more complex offenses, while at the same time learning to read far more complex defenses.
These guys would benefit from sitting for at least a year and learning, and in some cases for more than a year.
I highly doubt Aaron Rodgers would be where he is today if he was asked to start from day one coming from a Tedford system.

Agreed.
I think it's a huge disservice to rush these guys in year 1 just because a few rare QB's can handle it.
Geno, Bridgewater, Manuel, and Bortles all should have sat year 1...
