yeah.. but I do agree that even if I am right about Monroe... Albert is definitely good enough that if there is ANY value to be had at ANY OTHER POSITION from the #3 pick than you take it.... hence why I am resigned to Raji at this point.

I really don't see the Albert wanting LT money down the road issue like some of you guys, I think your just thinking worst case. Honestly if hes just a money hungry bitch it wouldn't bother me a whole lot if hes franchised and traded. Also drafting a LT #3 isn't bad value, because he would be the LT, and the #15 pick would be the RT(or maybe OG).

I'm not saying I want Monroe, but I just don't see that issue like some of you guys. For the Record Brown and Raji are my top two, followed by who I already know is hated... Crabtree.

I just coughed and Justin Harrell got injured in that process.

It's not about being a money hungry bitch, it's about getting the best contract he can and if other team will pay him as a LT he'll expect that.

Atleast he was correct on the Justin Harrell question.

Taking Monroe and filling a hole at RT or guard, whether you're moving Monroe or Albert is piss poor value.

You don't fill holes at RT or guard with the #3 overall.

Comment From Jim]
Hi Scott, who is a better fit for the Jets, Sanchez or Freeman.
7:55
Scott Wright: Definitely Josh Freeman. You need a strong arm to deal with the wind and weather in New York.

WOW

One of you guys change your name to Aaron Curry and say "I heard I am Jesus christ is that true?"

WOW

I'm not surprised most people think if you don't have a really strong arm you can't play in that stadium.

It still comes down to using that #3 overall to fill a hole at RT or guard, and that simpley isn't good value.

What? You're using the #3 for a LT. The RT or Guard would be the #15. Silly.

None of that "essentially" shit either.

ChiefsCountry 04-15-2009 06:58 PM

Sanchez would have New York eating out of his hand. He could be Joe Namath there with him being so media friendly and how he handled LA.

bdeg 04-15-2009 06:58 PM

I know the wind's bad, but I didn't realize it dictated things like that.

yeah i LOVE the "money hungry bitch" bitLMAO

rust if you were working in a position where when you had some experience you would make top $ and the employer moved you to a spot where when you got the experience you would be paid SIGNIFICANTLY less would you try to go somewhere that would let you work in the first position(higher pay) or just be happy you were getting paid something?

If your 15 is a solid LT, and you use the #3 on a solid lt, moving your 15 to the RT, then you just used the 3 and the only big improvement was to RT.

Alberts successful year at LT would guarantee when his contract was up you'd have to pay him like one.
