The more I think about it, the more I would be inclined to season it like lamb chops, because that's what it is - a bigger, thicker lamb chop.
I like to serve lamb chops rubbed with black pepper and rosemary and then serve with a little bit of sour jam or cranberries. |
I'll try to remember to take pictures but I will hopefully be making some brasilian food this/next weekend.
