Wacha is missing location all over the place and they are making him pay.

Shit we may need all of these runs and then some.

Seems Wacha has been giving up lot of runs recently.

I just looked at our schedule. After the makeup with KC.. We have a long stretch of playing sub .500 teams

From tomorrow til the Pittsburgh Series on August 11th we have 17 out of 18 against sub .500 teams in the ChiSox, Braves, Reds, Rockies and Brewwrs.

Good stretch to make some noise.

Read somewhere that we had the hardest strength of schedule in the first half. In the 2nd half we have the easiest schedule of all the contending teams. After these 2 games we go back for 10 games at home.

We have a history of playing down to the level of the teams we are playing. Not this year though. Our offense just goes missing at times against bad and good teams.

That would support what I thought.

And as I type that the infield goes full Keystone Cops on a double play ball.

I'm no stat geek but I got eyes and can see that its obviously because he is missing location. Now, whats off in his mechanics? I'll leave that to the experts in here.

Thats all on Reynolds. He had all kinds of time to throw that ball. There was no DP happening on that ground ball.

I was literally typing and not watching and listening to broadcast and they had said potential DP ball, I then looked up and watched the ball sail into the outfield.

Good job getting out of that mess without a run.

Don't believe they turn 2 there.
