any Perkins' updates?

Yeah. It's overpriced and sucks.

I pretty much have only ever gone there after drinking excessively, and it's almost always been for chocolate chip pancakes... for whatever ****ing reason I don't know.

Anyhow, when I have been sober, I've found it to be better than Denny's and Big Boy... So, there's that. Even then though, I'd rather find a small local dive that uses way too much grease and tastes fantastic.

I do think Denny's has gotten noticeably better in the past 5 years while IHOP has really declined. If it's not breakfast at IHOP, I don't want anything they serve for lunch or dinner.

usually those pancake type houses such as Ihop have good sourdough grilled club-type sandwiches. I bet you'd try one if you were hammered on Peach Schnapps or something.

I like Tippin's.

This used to be a Perkins Cake & Steak that was near the house I grew up in. It closed sometime in the early 90s.
