I do find it odd to keep it to one singular beer, but offering just Beer & wine at the stadium would make the most sense. If people are going to want to hit the hard stuff, they will probably do it before entering the stadium and then keep the buzz up with beer/wine.
Nothing with alcohol inside stadium, bud zero is non alcoholic. Outside the stadium, in the fan gathering areas its allowed.

So technically he was offsides with that technology they just showed. Not sure I like that type of precise adaptation. It's not the same as when a runners foot slips off the base in baseball but I get the same feeling about it.
