I gotta say it might sound like knit picking, but Tamba enraged me the other day in an interview. He was asked about the o-line play and he said, yeah #71 on our team has been doin really good and then laughed like it was funny??.....????? What in the FLYING **** is funny about that? A teammate of yours for going on 3 years who has started right across from you and you don't know his name? And that's just whatever to you? It seemed to me like an arrogant attitude almost like a veteran rookie attitude where he doesn't see JA on his level and I know that there is zero percent of that bullshit going on in the Hawks locker room and if we want to get where they are our vets need to embrace the youth not have this sorry ass attitude that honestly made me so angry when he said it. I mean Jeff started 16 games and almost made a pro bowl last year so GTF over yourself Tamba and get your head right, we only have one goal, and it's not for everyone to earn Tamba Hali's respect....love him to death, nobody I'd rather have, but give me a ****ing break 91.

I took that as Tamba wanting to give him credit because someone asked him a dumb question, but not so much credit that he's naming off dudes by name. He complemented Allen for stoning him a few times and kicking out to play Tackle as well. I mean these guys are competing against one another day in and day out, he's not going to slob his knob and start name dropping him.

Sherman called out Crabtree on the biggest stage. You don't ask a guy to complement the people they're battling against everyday. Watch a practice, it gets chippy, so I'm not expecting a guy on defense to gush over the offense when asked, and vice versa. Plus Allen sucks, so I'd have no problem if Tamba was clowning him if that was the case, which I don't think it was.

So guys, if the Chiefs aren't as successful as the Seahawks this year, it's because the veterans refuse to call their younger teammates by their given names instead of their jersey numbers.

I don't care. if I never see an interview with an athlete again it'll be too soon.
