The Bucs are 31st in the league with an average of 439.8 yards of offense allowed per game in 2018. Mark Duffner is set to take over as the defensive coordinator. |

At what point do you say enough and just try something different, as in a new coach. Sutton has been here for how long and it's just going down hill.
You can blame personnel, and that's fair. However as a coach, it's your job to adapt and game plan for your strengths and weaknesses. It seems Sutton is so set in his ways and he refuses to do this. Can it really get much worse than the current pace to break records for yards given up? |

At the end of the Denver game, Booger and Young were talking about how dumb Denver was to not play soft and keep Mahomes in the pocket. That part of this discussion isn't black and white. We could literally go back and forth on this for hours. There is no concrete right or wrong answer. That being said, this defense is not only the worst in the NFL, it's the worst in team history. This isn't a 1-5 team, it's a 5-1 team. That DEMANDS action. Bob Sutton MUST be fired. |
I thought read and react was Romeo Crennel's way. Hard to believe that a Rex Ryan disciple would ask his players to do this.

That's NOT the kind of change that is needed here. |

It's not only still bad, it's WORSE. Sutton has to go. It's the only course of action left that offers any hope at all. |
Mark Lea. DC for the Irish. Get that guy in here.

Bright side, this is somewhat fixable at least where the ILBs are concerned, but adjustments need to be made immediately.
