What do you guys think of Svi? He seems like a guy who is going to dominate inferior competition but may really struggle against teams who are long/athletic enough to challenge is shots, but I haven't seen enough of him to have a strong opinion on it.

He just turned 17. Its a process.

I think the guy is really good. He moves really well, has good handles, seems to have great vision and excellent bball IQ. I just question his shooting. When he misses, he's usually long. When good shooters miss, they always seem to miss short. His stroke looks great, but he's not making enough......yet.

Nonetheless, if his shooting improves, I think he may end up as the best player on this team. Very high ceiling.

My two cents.

I'm not even sure its the length that bothers him, he just hasn't gotten used to (or is afraid of) the speed of the defenders and rushes everything IMHO.

Being he's long and athletic himself, I would think the opposite would be true.

Svi is going to be our best player very very soon.

Not worried about Svi.

Least impressive so far has been Oubre but you can see the skill.

Ellis is still a soft piece of shit.

Not at all. He's in no position to dominate any kind of competition right now, but I think he'll get much better as he gets more experience at the NCAA level.

He might be the best NBA prospect on this team (has the raw skill/BBIQ/size/tools), but I haven't seen enough of Oubre to say either way yet 100%.

They played well. I figured they'd only win by 10-15 points, but they were up by 30 at half. It looks like they're going to get a lot more out of Svi than anybody thought (which is good, because Selden doesn't appear to have progressed at all). Cliff is also going to be a force by mid-season.
