Win out and it is theirs right now. But I guess they don't care?

This is hilarious. Easily the worst defensive game I've seen from an NBA team. **** the Lake Show. 115 through 3.

Lakers are terrible this season. This shit is a write off. Its what happens when 95percent of your roster has a 1 year contract going into the season.

And sooooo many blind fools, many on this thread (not sure if you were one of them but based on your usual takes, probably so), said the Lakers would still be a playoff team this season...ROFL

I don't either considering they went balls to the walls to try to get the #1 seed. But maybe they decided they have to many other issues they need to fix and being the #1 seed isn't going to resolve them.

Nets 4-0 against Heat. If the Nets can get past the Bulls in Round 1 the matchup vs the Heat might be the EC Finals unless the Pacers get their act together

Alot will depend on Wade's health but they are a good matchup for the Heat evidenced by the fact they swept them in the regular season. Also that makes the first time in Lebron's history that a team has swept him 4-games in a regular season series.

That's what the Bulls thought when they went 3-0 vs Miami in the regular season and won game 1 of the playoffs by 21 in 2011.

Grizz are balling tonight. Heat are shooting the damn lights out from 3, but Grizz are playing great D in the 4th quarter and their big 3 playing great (Gasol/Randolph/Conley).

Pacers sit all the starters and pull out the win against the Bucks with the last second shot

Heat lose so Friday's night game vs the Pacers will be for the #1 seed

KC_Connection 04-09-2014 10:08 PM

I wonder if Wade will actually play. Neither team seems to have any desire to be the #1 seed. I wonder if that partly has to do with the Nets.

There is no doubt the bottom of the Eastern bracket looks pretty good for both teams. If Chicago were to beat the Nets, both the Heat and the Pacers would beat them 4-1 or 4-2 but it would be just a tough physical series that I am sure both teams would rather not have to go through.

If the Raptors remain the #3 seed (which I'm hoping for, but it may take winning out the last 4), you could argue that either team would rather be the #2 seed than the #1. They'd be an easier 2nd round matchup.

KC_Connection 04-09-2014 10:33 PM

Even if the Heat beat the Pacers on Friday, they still wouldn't have the tiebreaker over them (2-2 H2H tie, would then go to conference record). To get the #1 might require winning out. Of course, the Pacers could go on to lose to OKC next week which wouldn't surprise anybody.

If the Pacers beat the Heat, though, the race will very nearly be over (as long as they can get 1 win over OKC or Orlando next week).

We shall see if either one cares at all Friday.

Big win for the Thunder. The lineup Brooks is going with at the end of games concerns me greatly.
