In the midst of taking photos and generally being on Cloud 9 one of the marketing guys stopped me and told me he would take a picture for me. Can't wait to get this framed.

The oldest running trophy in American sports.

The 99th Lamar Hunt US Open Cup Trophy.

Incredible shots, Zach!

Amazing, amazing, amazing freakin night. The double rainbows should was probably a sign of things to come. The game itself was pretty bad but the weather, the fans, and the outcome made it simply magical.

Zach, please put your photos in an album so we can see what you saw.

I've been sayin those two words entirely too often lately. And don't get me started on Bunbury and Vermes. That is for another day but today we celebrate actually winning something in this stinkin dysfunctional city.

Roger gets a pass. The guy played the entire freakin game fresh off a plane and an intense Olympic tournament. Not sure what is Zusi's excuse.

Ditto x a million. The MLS is also not helped by the fact that the most success in the game on an international level is on the women's side of the ball. The fact that they can't even get one of their important tournaments televised on a major cable outlet is ridiculous beyond belief.

810's coverage has been good all last night and today. Nice to hear current and former coaches on the show.

One of the worst referees in North American sports was the ref last night. I want to seriously punch that guy in the face.

Being in the center of the Cauldron when that last shot flew over the goal is something I won't forget.
