Why is PILLAGE not capitalized? As if PILLAGING is less important!

I think Syndergaard got in their heads.

Then, Ned being Ned, waited too long to pull his pitcher.

Same ol', same ol'.

What that pitcher did was cowardly.

He crowds the plate. Syndegaard wanted to make him uneasy and get him off the plate. He did it. He wasn't close enough to his head for any real danger.

I get you guys being upset about it though; I just don't agree with Moustakas harping at it for a third of the game. Also, you could have buzzed Syndegaard. That's one of the nice things about NL baseball--pitchers can't just throw at everyone and expect their teammates to suffer the consequences alone. They have to set foot in the box too.

I dont watch baseball much anymore...used to. The Royals are an emotional, streaky team. Pretty heavy ebb and flow going on. They take one in NY..head back to KC 3-2.

They are the better team this year...

The funny thing is how Syndergaard is trying to act all tough. "They know where to find me." Of course the cocky little shit is talking big and bad, when we're not going to see his ass till game 7, and he won't ever bat again in the series, of course he's going to pretend to be all big and bad. He's a pussy, plain and simple, its easy to talk shit when you're protected for the forseeable future.

I hope he tries that shit in Game 7 at Kaufmann. Nothing would make me happier for his ass to get ejected on the first pitch and to cost his team due to his inflated ego.

He admitted on the MLB Network post game show that he planned to throw at Esky's head.

Moose should have bashed a trash can. Like a good li'l NL'er.

KCUnited 10-31-2015 07:57 AM

I had no problem with the pitch, the fans cheering it, or Royals players trying to use it to get hype for however many innings they felt necessary. Christ, it's the highest stakes baseball being played. If Ventura had any balls he'd of put one near Slor's ingrown neck hair when he squared to bunt on him.

Warranted or not, the Royals have a reputation for letting their emotions run high and Syndergaard's first pitch and post game comments are playing into that.

WilliamTheIrish 10-31-2015 07:57 AM

JFC, you bunch of pussies. Snydergaaaaard threw one up and in. BFD. He wants to claim he was 'sending a message', then let him claim it.

And because Moose was jawing, he's the problem. This board is the best.
