I have been in Colorado since Monday visiting my brother and some cousins. Last night, I went out for dinner with a cousin to a place in Denver called the Thirsty Lion. On the way back, we drive past whatever the hell they call Mile High Stadium and I snarled at the place. Good times.

You needed to take a ripe doody at the entrance or at least put some dog poop in a bag, lit it on fire and left it at the door to Elway's office!

You're slipping Lonewolf Ed.........

Dave Lane is legit. I have a horsehead nebula picture hanging in my house via Dave Lane.

Oh. And I keep trying to get DaFace to bomb pile high for me, but we can't negotiate the details.

Okay, a) I have no great love for the Midwest either way as I thankfully no longer live there. That said,
b) There is literally nothing worth a **** about Kansas outside of Lawrence being a somewhat entertaining place to bop about for a day or two.
c) It was very nice of Josey Wales to save that old, trash-talkin' tramp's ass, now wasn't it?

I am at the center yet again and didn't get the news I hoped for regarding my MRI the Saturday before last. I do have avascular necrosis in my left hip and it is not reversible. So, apparently, hip replacement surgery is in my future. I am rather pissed off; I am tired of losing bits and pieces because of and to this damned cancer.

Sorry to hear about the hip Ed. If there is a positive side to the hip replacement it's the fact that the procedure has come along way over the last couple of years. I had a relative that had one last Monday and he was walking up stairs with the aid of crutches two days later.

With the new procedure they can go in through the front with the replacement, rather than the back, which avoids messing up a bunch of extra muscle and speeds up the recovery time significantly.

Here is a random explanation of the new procedure.
