I didnt get Sergio's play on 15 after the second ball in the water...he's teetering on not making the cut at that point, why not bail out and take his medicine. Even as an amateur golfer, there's a point where you bail out and make sure you're not putting yet another ball in the water.
Amazing what Spieth did with 5 straight birdies on the back nine. That kid is owning Augusta at this point. The weather looks to be a real mitigating factor going forward, it's going to be a grind. |

Will he manage to get over the 12th hole demon this year, should be interesting to see. I'd like to see Rory complete the career slam if Jordan fails. |
Spieth came back to the pack so far today. Not having a good round and sitting at -2. Phil was at -2 and was right in the mix but just tripled bogeyed 9.

Wind making it tough
2 or 3 Uber May be the lead |
Tiger about the play the ball out of a forest on 5. Meanwhile Leishman in his group is going to town.
|
Starting to get good now. Phil and Tiger have fallen back but some big names moving into the top ten. Speith, McIlroy, Johnson, Stenson, Fowler all in the top 10. Vijay Singh has jumped in there too.

Looks like the weather may hold. Lot of low scores today.

I do love the Masters - but don't do Golf, as I'm a tennis player. But, after watching the 13th hole - I was thinking to myself it has GOT to be one of the hardest holes at Augusta - interesting tidbit I found upon searching for my answer -
No. 13: Azalea (Par-5, 510 yards) Although Azalea played as the easiest or second-easiest hole at Augusta in all four rounds last season — and historically plays as the second easiest — it’s provided the most variance of any hole at Augusta over the last 35 years, according to research from Data Golf.
