Not to get all political but I don't recall ever seeing any evidence that minorities were not being hired simply because they were minorities.

The NFL as a company has a 51% of their employees that are a minority. This does not include players as they didn't want to skew the statistics. They are picking one portion of the NFL network and saying they don't have any one of ____ race in that section.

Hiring someone specifically because they are a certain race is just as bad as not hiring someone because of their race.

Did I say that? I know the reason. I just don't believe that is happening.

So if these number are accurate, the NFL, as a company, has way more minorities working for them than the % of minorities in the US population.

And what does that matter? I worked in a predominately white male field in the military during a time of "affirmative action" and 70% of the leadership was a minority due to this. That is what systems do.
