The drops stats is so poorly done as to be useless.

There are obvious drops, and the professionals that work for STATS, INC keep missing them. /Derp |

If Bowe runs an 8 yard curl, he knows the coverage surrounding him before he turns. If the pass isn't on its way just as he turns, he knows this too. So when these "late" passes are on the way, Bowe should be able to assume that coverage is closing.. so extend your arms.. take a step forward.. and get the ball. No matter why the throw is late, Bowe has to have more situational awareness +/or a better effort to do his job. |
Oh Jesus ****ing Christ.
Go ahead....cut Bowe or trade him. And then watch as McCluster and Avery are your top WRs for Smith to throw to. And then when Smith does the same shit....you can blame it all on them. |

He'd have to go to Denver or Seattle, you know, where dope is legal.

Hint: If it's poorly tallied for everyone, Bowe still isn't anywhere near the league leaders in drops. Bottom line: Bowe has been this fanbase's whipping boy from Day One. They don't like that he points at his jersey. They don't like that he's said and done some stupid things off the field. But this drops thing is out of control. There are a TON of GREAT receivers that have WAY more drops than Bowe does, but no one thinks poorly of them. For whatever reason, it makes people feel better to act as if Bowe is the Anti-Christ, and the only WR in the league that drops passes. |

When its CoMo, Wickedson, 49er and Patriot trolls, Halfwit types demanding a player needs to be traded or cut - the smart money would be to move on the opposite side of the discussion.
