Down here in Rio Rancho, NM, it is 21 and feels like 21. Not bad compared to most of you, but I'd appreciate about 25 degrees more warmth.

Hey Zod, how f-d up do you think our lovely BNSF line will be tonight? I think you still work downtown. That should be a world class shitshow. |

I remember I drove in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving a few years ago thinking I could get home faster if I had my car if my office closed early. It didn't, and a horrible snow storm hit early in the day. I left at 4:00, didn't get home until almost 8:00. I'd have gotten home faster riding a ****ing horse. :grr: |
I snow blowed today from 6am until 9am. Luckily it wasn't blowing hard here at that time. But its blowing like a sumbitch right now. The 4-6 inchs we got will be blowed two counties away if this keeps up until 6pm tonight.
We are sub zero right now with strong wind gust. Oh how I wish Al Gore would come to the midwest to give a press conf. right now. He'd be laughed off the stage. Friday our high is to be -3 and Saturday morning we could wake up to -19. Thats w/o the wind chill factor. |
