Yep. Glenn was drafted in 97 and then Polian took over and he drafted Peyton.
I agree though that unless you have a huge hole on the OL or there is a can't miss player you can find OL in the later rounds.
If you look back at the great Chiefs O-Line IIRC Grunhard was the highest pick and I think he was a 2nd round pick. The rest were later. Shields was a 3rd round pick.
