I would have but my parents retired here so I moved up from Wichita 9 years ago to be closer to them. This is my 3rd time living here.

I've thought about lighting out but this place grows on you after a while... Like a tumor.

That and the economy is doing far better here than anywhere else in the 48.

I saw a CMSGT stare down a full bird colonel after the colonel kept calling the CMSGT "Sergeant". Awkward!

And ah, McConnell AFB. Such memories of Witchita, particularly Fat Daddy's and some bar I bungee jumped at. Warehouse, perhaps?
