Yep, the funniest part was when he had Kimbo against the cage and was trying to throw knees into his thigh but his legs couldn't reach him.

LOL I thought I was the only one that noticed that.

Kimbo looks as worthless as ever. I'm not sure if he could be a middleweight his ground game is so bad.

Yup. I concur. Also on an unrelated side note nice avatar KcMizzou. That's a good flick.

By "possible", I meant 100% certain.

Yea Kimbo will definitely fight again on this season of TUF. It's all but guaranteed. Just a matter of who he's gonna fight really.

Sounds like they're already teasing that, with him maybe stepping in for that guy with the weird medical condition.

Crashride 10-01-2009 11:09 AM

From what I heard hes already training for a PPV fight in december.

It's tough when you have a 40 pound disadvantage. Kimbo is looked at as a really big guy, but at his heaviest, he is 230.

No ground game will always be an issue, but he always has a punchers chance. I would have liked to see some more standup between the two.

More stand up between the two while probably more entertaining than Roy just laying on Kimbo and tagging him with punches to the head would have probably resulted in Roy being knocked out. Kimbo had already rocked Roy with a few of the shot he landed when the two of them were fighting on their feet. But I guess we'll never know for sure will we.

:hmmm:.....vs. Seth Petruzelli perhaps?

Slice was very disappointing at the end, he simply lay there like a CPR practice dummy, barely any attempt at all to scramble up...'gotta work Kimbo, gimme some work'.

His mistake was that stupid knee attempt while Country was shoving him backward & falling on his ass, he was actually landing some good smacking stingers while on his feet.

80% of his coaching should be takedown defense, if he's not on his feet, he's too far behind these guys in ground skill to do squat.

But Rampage's coaching looks like weak-sauce, seems like a really nice guy, but...

That's the worst looking figurine I've ever seen. Brock has toothpick-thin thighs. ROFL

Of course Kimbo will get more opportunities. It's what the fans want. If UFC was full of guys that looked, fought, and acted like Roy Nelson, they wouldn't sell out a carnival tent. 95% of this thread is talking about Kimbo. He's an interesting character. We all have visions of what could happen if he ever got to go toe to toe with someone.

Sadly, at Kimbo's age I don't think he can learn enough to ever amount to much.

Props to Kimbo for being a man about the whole thing, and props to Dana White for once again giving the fans exactly what they are yearning for. It's why UFC is already one of the biggest things in sports.
