The clouds kind of dictated that I was going to the center this particular one. They kind of hold it all together to make a center centric object make sense.

If there had been a lot of empty space on each side of the house...negative space...I probably would have done that but there were just more crappy houses and it the composure would have lost focus.

Eh, its kind of my own mix of different stuff. Generally when you see a picture like that its called HDR. Even though I didn't use a real HDR technique. It isn't something a do a whole lot of every now and then provides cool results.

The first thing that caught my eyes was the street. I wanted to see where it led while also showing off the house.

From what I see, the house on the left looked decent. At least acceptable, also the road was going downhill that way. It have actually given the viewer more reasons to appreciate the beauty of the house.

It is still a great photo. I am not a pro by any means. I do take a lot of photos and I read about photography sometimes.
