I like Anderson Cooper. And, since his background is news journalism, he can bring an attentiveness to stories that other people are not telling.

The New York Times wrote, he wears his heart on his sleave. He certainly puts things in perspective, when often he provides a first person base style to reporting.

I'm not sure if this was brought up -- Anderson's brother committed suicide from their apartment ledge as his mother pleaded him not to jump.

If the story was about saving people, why was it so important to continue to film the story instead of saving possibly more people.

The unfortunate things is that we can't "Give" them what they need. Outsiders can only teach them skills so that they can become productive and less violent. If we just pump money into Haiti,the corrupt will end up with it.

It takes centurys for countrys to grow properly.
