Quinn isnt very good, but even if he only becomes a middle tier starting QB and can keep the turnovers down, thats still quite an improvement over Cassel.
|
You know, Quinn can't be WORSE. could he be as bad?
Sure. But Cassel was on pace for some NFL record for turnovers. Sorry but Quinn won't be that bad. And lots of QB's develop later in their career and become pretty good. Can that be the case with Quinn? Maybe, not sure. But he's a former first rounder, still young, and if he ends up being the next "Gannon" then we struck gold. It'll be interesting to see how the season pans out. |

Quinn has little experience starting games in the NFL. I realize he most likely isn't that good or he would have been starting recently and not a back up for the last few years. However, for people to be so sure of his ability from such a small sample size is kind of funny to me. If the Chiefs draft a QB in the first round next year and he struggles in his first season will fans be saying things like he is worse than Matt Cassel? Quinn has only started 13 games and they were in freaking Cleveland. People talk about his "evidence of suck". 13 games? LOL...that's a lot of evidence! Look at the offensive talent on the 2008-2009 Browns team. Horrible. I want a first round QB next year. I can just see him sucking the first 5 games and people jumping of a bridge while screaming the sky is falling.

The problem with Quinn is he falls apart. We'll see if another year has made a difference.

It is very much an impossibility that he's worse, you can be as bad or close to as bad but not worse than Cassel. Cassel is the new measuring stick for suck.

Another douche and run by Gaylore...typical.
