I listened to that interview. Cassel has received coaching. That hasn't been his problem because if Reid is going to say he hasn't, he's throwing his friend Jim Zorn right under the bus.

Cassel's too expensive to be trained to be a game manager.

A project is a good idea, we should find a cheaper one.

Except he said it. I remember thinking that that comment wont fly with the angry mob and weary masses. Maybe he changed his tune but in that interview he sounded quite sympathetic and I thought open to the possibility of a Cassel return. IMO. So much so that I changed my previous assumption of Cassel being gone to a maybe not.
