I've yet to work in a food-related environment.

I'm pretty sure it's unlikely to happen in my lifetime.

Dude, with that menu, you should think about it.

I think I'd be overwhelmed. I can cook for myself, friends, etc. but that seems like a horse of a different colour.

There's no way I'd ever be interested in or able to devote time to creating a restaurant.

My 10-year old daughter wants to be a chef. She's a hell of a cook already but yeah, there's more to it than just cooking...

That hurts man. I don't point out all of your faults...

I've been a really bad blogger. I have some pretty crazy dietary restrictions stemming from a complication from my ER visit last month... and I wasn't very good about it before then, either.

Blogging is a bitch. I get all crazy and really enjoy it for like a month, then I'll just stop doing it altogether again. Very hard to have the discipline to do it long term.

Yep. Most people that don't blog professional are blogging about a hobby and interest in hobbies tends to wax and wane, especially in places where the weather changes dramatically from season to season...

yeah... I'm more than capable of pointing them out myself.

But in all seriousness.. I'm thinking I need to sign up and order some Soylent.

If it's what it's made out to be, then I can actually get nourishment unlike I've ever received.

As long as I can handle the consistency of the slop, that is.

Not to hijack the thread, but I like to go to Em Chamas & Fogo De Chao. I actually like Em Chamas better, but my question is where can one buy Guadana from a store? I can never find it anywhere. It's basically a Brazilian soda, tastes amazing, probably tastes like a cross between a sweet soda and energy drink.

Do an entry on apricot jello. It's very underrated.

Fire Me Boy! 07-04-2014 12:28 PM

Back in business here folks. Will probably take on SR's apricot chicken later this weekend.
