I might add that if she getting what she likes here then she might as well just get on along down the road .

I totally see both sides. My thought is this: I may occasionally do things I don't fully enjoy just because he likes them. I mean, as long as I'm not turned off by said things, and we both end up achieving the ultimate goal, then no harm done. However, if he EXPECTED me to do said things, then that changes things.

This whole holiday is a conundrum. I don't think we need a special day to remind us to be romantic. OTOH, it's pretty much the first time in longer than I can remember that I've actually had a Valentine, so it's kinda nice.

The last thing I'll ever want for my old lady to do in the bedroom is something she doesn't like. I might encourage her to experiment before she makes up her mind but if it's something she's not enjoying doing then it's no fun for me.
