Yeah. So I really have no problem with him grabbing her arm, at that point (although the kid did shove his way in).

GFY You Stupid ****. If you could read, you'd see earlier where I said I have never hit a woman. Hell, I've only punched one male in the face and that was in the 6th grade.

If a dude grabs my arm like that, he's getting shoved or hit. That's the only part of this that was unprovoked. I don't blame her for responding the way she did.

So to me the story still rests on if she was actually going to punch him unprovoked or not. I don't think that's really clear.

Is it ever clear? I think you can claim there's a reasonable chance that someone who is likely intoxicated and balling their fist at you may make a move to strike you.
