I have lost 3 lbs since Monday - we'll call one of them water weight - but I've weight 4 different times since bedtime last night and I'm down to 224 for whatever that's worth.

Going to moms tomorrow - she's having Prime Rib and scalloped potatoes, green beans - I'm making sauteed chicken in olive oil w/ crushed red pepper and brocolli :( - sad isn't it? oh well - paying my dues.

Just casually browsing this thread; it seems a lot of you guys just need to find a certified nutrition expert...

There's a lot of misinformation going on here...
