I get that. I’m a pretty big Higgins fan. He’s ****ing good. But unless they got a steal on his contract, I think I’d have went with Chase. It’s like doing dumb shit like paying Dak Prescott because Mahomes got paid. Well he’s good and in house. Pay him. That sounds like a slam on Higgins, it’s not intended to be, but he’s not as good as chase and if they’re both going to be towards the top of the market, I’d rather have Chase.

Yeah it looks pretty fake. You can find a sound bite where he says he met with Joe Burrow and he is in it to win championships and so is Brown. Wasn't any kind of comparison with Mahomes. Also don't see anything where he says he was looking for a "new culture", but my guess is that if any such quote exists it was also taken out of context and badly paraphrased to suit the goals of the meme creator.

The way they phrased it in the meme, it made it sound like Brown was comparing Mahomes and Burrow. The question and response from his introductory press conference was this:
