Sure on paper it looks like a 47% increase for us almost 5k for a 2K square foot house, 100 y\0 I've got pre renovation comps. Original bathroom tub, kitchen layout. 30 y\o furnace, ac... Confident we will win our appeal. If not, we will sue, then move to parkville or kansas. Wife's a skilled lawyer. Comps,pics, estimates are everything. They are looking at kitchens, bathrooms, not foundations, basements...
