What was so hard about that?!?!?

ChiefsFan4Life 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

I am surprised that ball didn't get caught off of Gonzo

cdcox 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

Imagine throwing down the field to a HOF TE.

the Talking Can 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

over under on us getting a first? throwing a aswing pass to LJ?

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

Solari has called this game like a total jabroni today.

UteChief 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

About time Gonzo got the ball. Now if he can just hold on and run with it.

Rausch 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

Going into the offseason the ONLY thing this team needs is line help. Two T's. When Huard has time= GONZO!

SEE!?!?! If Huard has any time at all he's respectable....

GOD we need some tackles...

I agree he should not be benched; but come on 2 fumbles, one dropped pass, and 2 non-blocks..it all adds up.

Finally they decided to throw to Tony.

BTW Huard had 4.5 seconds to throw the ball which is great by NFL terms

Simply Red 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

Griffith is a hurt PUSS

Iowanian 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

Huard Still sucks......

steelyeyed57 10-08-2006 04:10 PM

omg you mean we can throw the ball in the middle of the field?

Iowanian 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

hell of a play by 88.....great focus.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

You can see every AZ player just going for the ball right now when LJ carries it. Time for some draws and pump and goes.

Wa-Z 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

L-U-C-K-Y

Mecca 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

There's serious pressure on every play.....moving the ball looks like a chore.

Simply Red 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

Gardner

pr_capone 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

OMG!

Boerighter is black now???

Rausch 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

Here's an idea: what if WE tried running the bootleg to use misdirection and buy our QB some time?

dirk digler 10-08-2006 04:11 PM

LJ just missed the blitzer

I Disagree. We have all but lost this game and the 3rd quarter isn't over yet. Put LJ on the bench for the rest of the game - shoot I'd even go as far as to start Dee Brown next week. Then when LJ does get in the game, maybe he will have a different mentality. Worst case, the player that's losing the game for us won't be in there shooting us in the foot.

NUMBER7 10-08-2006 04:12 PM

Completion to Gardner...finally a Gardner sighting.

He called this game like an OC that lacks offensive tackles.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:12 PM

Maybe Larry will actually break down and cry on the sidelines this week.

Lzen 10-08-2006 04:12 PM

The Cards are bringing blitzes. The thing is that the QB has to read that before the snap. When a defense brings more than you can block, you gotta know where the hot receiver is located.

Mecca 10-08-2006 04:12 PM

Rolle smacked him.

PastorMikH 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

Rod Gardner with his first catch.

Easy 6 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

I cant believe what i'm reading, Whinert's % is high, LJ's wearing gloves made of crisco, the D didnt get off the jet. Theres just no excuse to lose to these guys.

UteChief 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

Three strait passes to Gardner. Is everyone else that covered.

Simply Red 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

Okay why no interference on that bitch ass refs

Iowanian 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

Johnson barely made an attempt to pick up that blitz....he needs a foot in his pouting ass.

Put in Ross, and see if the rook is hungry.....Johnson obviously isn't today.

Mecca 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

God damn, that was about an inch from being a pick.

siberian khatru 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

Hung that just a bit.

dirk digler 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

The last 2 plays Huard had alot of time to throw.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:13 PM

Run a fake with Page as the upback??

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:14 PM

Jesus, 18 yard net. Great.

DomerNKC 10-08-2006 04:14 PM

we would have got a flag for that

Solari nice call on 3rd and 6...it was almost 6 for AZ. Your play calling sucks!

Rausch 10-08-2006 04:14 PM

Well, the good news is that there should be some good T's in the draft this year....

steelyeyed57 10-08-2006 04:14 PM

Why does every pass have to be thrown to the sidelines, I know we can find someone open in the middle of the field -- aside from that, if we throw that damn down & out to kennison it WILL get picked off

Simply Red 10-08-2006 04:14 PM

WTF is number 49? Three plays I have seen him NOT hustle in now. NUTHOOKS for him

Defense has played just fine.

Mecca 10-08-2006 04:15 PM

The Chiefs just have no way to overcome these offensive holes against teams with any sort of D talent.

The refs aren't the reason we are losing. The Chiefs O is. The refs really don't matter at this point. In fact, I'd go so far to say that the refs probably couldn't help our O win right now if they tried.

There's no way to overcome $#itty O line play. You can hide a bad RB/TE/WR but you can't protect the o line. It's THEIR job to protect...

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:17 PM

Pollard is the only reason why it isn't 20-3 right now.

We're on the same level as the Cardinals this year that "there's no excuse to lose to these guys" might have been ok the last couple of years but not this one.

ChiefsCountry 10-08-2006 04:17 PM

Out routes are pretty safe calls. Normally takes a heck of a play by a corner to pick it.

dirk digler 10-08-2006 04:18 PM

Nice stop by the D.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:18 PM

I don't at all agree. The Cardinals have EARNED 3 points today. LJ handed them 10 on a silver platter.

I wasn't looking for "biting", I just get a kick out of the posts that still show the thought that the Chiefs are a top tier team when frankly they are no better than the Cardinals, it's a bottom tier team.

Bullshit. Thats the best play we could run.

LJ owes our defense an apology.

'Hamas' Jenkins 10-08-2006 04:20 PM

We need to run more double TE sets and have a guy to help black while Tony can chip before he runs his route, because we haven't had anything over the middle save for one play.

If not for some amazing defensive play we get blown out in 3 of our 4 games.

If anyone thinks DV/Saunders would be doing better without Green, Roaf, and Welbourn I think you're wrong.

Our defense hasn't been perfect but it's been dragging our offense along to near respectability....

Has anyone seen Jason Dunn on the field today?

Their first TD was a legit TD it didn't come after a turnover. It was a great play

I'm starting to think that the Missouri Tigers are the best football team in the Midwest.
