I have been neither negged nor given, yet my count is now 400 MORE in the red since the last Neg I got from Phobia.

obviously its mod abuse, not some kind of statement from the community about yourself.

The mods have changed my name, screwed around with my rep many times. Its usually done for entertainment purposes and not as some kind of personal vendetta against someone.

The mods do a lot of work for no money or any perks. Screwing around with someones name or rep for a little while ain't much of a perk but it is what it is.
