Could be worse. Im not high on Finnegan as a SP, and I really like Manaea. Glad we didnt part with him, sucks losing Lamb though. We need to find somebody for next year. Was counting on Lamb at some point next year

That's pretty much it. I bet they consider Guthrie's option if he continues pitching like he is now. He's good for 200 IP and Dayton has put a priority on that the last three years. It's made a difference. Lamb probably would've competed for a spot. If Manaea or Zimmer stay healthy, they'll probably be in the mix too. But they'll add someone else given Medlen's injury history, someone who can eat innings.

Thats would be a sick rotation if both Duffy and Ventura can get back to 2014. Exciting stuff for this year.

Yep. Maybe it'll be competition between a combination of Zimmer, Manaea, and maybe a veteran off-season flyer just in case the young guys aren't ready yet.
