Yup. Michigan has a reputation lately for being kind of boring and harmless, but that place is scary at those speeds. People have been hurt, and worse, there. With those wide turns, if you lose it you can quickly get turned around just in time to slam that wall with the drivers' side of the car.

I will say this, as nerdy as I am for good driving. Being there in person, I still wanted to see what a car looked like slamming up against a wall or another car, what it sounded like in person. I think the cars sound way different in person than on TV.

Well, they slowed 'em down, after Marcos Ambrose took the pole at 203+. Gave 'em a hard-ass left side tire and they ran "only" 195 on it in the special late Saturday practice.
