How does Nash shoot under 40% on the year while making shit like that against us?

Pasta Little Brioni 02-15-2012 09:12 PM

Anyone who thinks Mizzou has a bad defense doesn't have a clue about hoops. Hopefully the Beak was just trollin...

Saul Good 02-15-2012 09:12 PM

Denmon's only got six.

dirk digler 02-15-2012 09:12 PM

Damn they are killing OSU

Saul Good 02-15-2012 09:13 PM

We're just toying with them.

mnchiefsguy 02-15-2012 09:13 PM

Ratliff with a double double tonight. Good to see him hitting some shots after his struggles against Baylor.

Mu is good defensively if they can harrass ball handlers and get steals. If they allow teams to get into a half court offense, they struggle as Saul said because they have to double guys int he paint.

If their guards play with energy like they are tonight, their defense is vastly better than stats show.

He's going to be a good player, that's for true

Voters in the polls are just going to see the final score and think that Mizzou is better than Diet Ok. In actuality, the better team is not winning this game.

Caus ehe's going againt an undersized #4?

Saul Good 02-15-2012 09:15 PM

If you take away the last 18:00 of the first half and the last 19:30 of the second half, Diet Ok dominated this game 8-2.

I also think with the way they have shot this year they tend to sink into a mindset that they know they can trade baskets with teams

Dude was pulling up from beyond NBA range last time and stroking them. I don't care if nobody's guarding him. He shoots 24% on the season from deep. He's a hell of a talent. Maybe he just steps it up against good teams.

Saul Good 02-15-2012 09:17 PM

Oklahoma State was 2 feet out of bounds fighting for that rebound.

That's all that needs to be said. It's helpful to watch games and not stare at a stat sheet like Billy Beane.
