The reason you can't analyze baseball trades like other sports is because one team is getting a proven usually, and the other team is getting guys who still have years to develop. It's what makes baseball great with the minor leagues and development of players. It's fascinating stuff compared to a football trade.

By far the most unpredictable sport there is, all the way around.

Like who thought after losing on Friday, we'd be a couple innings away from taking the series against the Astros?
