I doubt it and the only reason I say that is the NFL player is hard to convict on just about anything.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the American juror.

It's reached the point these days where it's almost impossible to get a murder to stick without a forensic evidence. People watch so damn much CSI that they figure "well shit, if there's no DNA, there's no crime..."

Nevermind the fact that virtually every study ever done on the reliability of evidence indicates that circumstantial cases are every bit as strong as cases based on direct evidence, juries still won't convict on them.

The cleaning company, busted phone and busted surveillance are all going to be flat out ignored by the jury 99 times out of 100.

Juries are just extremely stupid when they are asked to determine what amounts to 'reasonable' doubt. It's like every last one of them becomes the guy in the Chappelle skit.

"Jenkins' sister, Shanea Jenkins, was dating Lloyd, who played for the semi-pro football team Boston Bandits, several law enforcement sources told ABC News.

Shanea Jenkins could not be found in the aftermath of her boyfriend's murder, and investigators were concerned for her safety. Police were able to locate her Wednesday, the sources said.

Investigators have also searched three Enterprise rental cars that were registered to the NFL star, including one that had its silver mirror knocked off. That vehicle, sources said, was recovered at an Enterprise location in Boston Wednesday, a day after police issued a BOLO [Be On The Lookout] for it. The sources said it had been dropped off abruptly sometime Tuesday with the broken mirror.

Another rental vehicle was recovered not far from Lloyd's body. A third rental was stopped from pulling out of Hernandez's driveway Tuesday by state police and its two occupants were questioned and released. Police were seen searching that car Tuesday night.

In another development in the case, ABC News has learned from investigative sources that Hernandez had partied with Lloyd at a Boston nightclub Friday night into Saturday morning. Police reviewed surveillance video Wednesday that was taken at that club."

With more and more reports about Aaron Hernandez’s potential involvement in a murder investigation, the stories about his previous brushes with the law are only building.

And with everyone looking, anything he’s done is bound to come out.

Sports Illustrated mentioned that several NFL teams were concerned about potential gang related activity by some of Hernandez’s associates prior to the draft. That talk, even if it never advanced beyond rumors, likely contributed to his draft stock falling as much or more than reported failed drug tests in college.

Now, there’s another report that he was connected to a shooting in Florida while he was in college, though no charges were filed.

According to Mike Bianchi of the Orlando Sentinel, Hernandez and three other Gators players were questioned about a shooting the night after a 2007 game. He refused to comment on it while he was a student.

That report also notes a juvenile arrest for an altercation at campus hangout called The Swamp, for which he received deferred prosecution.

Neither of those incidents necessarily have anything to do with his current situation.

But they add brushstrokes to the portrait of a player that’s looking much different than it looked a week ago.

You might have missed the whole "hired Monday" thing.

Yeah, the dozens of hours they're about to spend being deposed for free is going to make the hourly rate they charged to clean that house look pretty shitty.

Sucks to be the $8.25/hr house-cleaners that are about to dedicate days of their existence to being grilled by prosecutors and defense counsel.
