But I highly doubt that, it seems that every game people complain about how badly the officiating treated their team, win or lose.

NAME. ONE.

C'mon, give me one single missed call in favor of MU.

Ask Pete, I've called him out for whining about officiating in more of these threads than I haven't. I hate hate HATE doing it because they almost always balance out.

THEY DIDN'T IN THIS GAME. It's not me being a homer, it's not me seeing what I want to see.

Don't project however you view a game on me. I know when we get breaks.

Today we didn't.

Hey, I am not blaming anything on the refs but you are creating arguments that are not true.

They would have been there if we lost.

It's what having a bandwagon fanbase will do for you.

Like I said, **** yourself.

Yes...my realization that OU got all the calls in this game because they were the home team is quite uninformed (though I'm pretty sure that's an undeniable fact). Do you even read your ****ing posts?

Bullshit. The KSU fans said the same thing about the game. Lots of fouls...called evenly.

I'm sorry, I didn't really identify my comment as a non-sequitar.

Your statement is correct, home teams get calls.

Now setting that aside, KU has a fanbase full of ignorant, jackass bandwagoners.

P.S. **** yourself.

I told you I didn't watch the whole game. A couple bad calls at the end doesn't make the officials biased against us the whole time tho. So, I don't have an example for you. If I go back and rewatch the whole game, I bet I can find some. I guess the point I'm trying to make is MISSOURI lost, not the officials.

If you know that to be true (and knew it to be true before the game started), there's really nothing to be whining about. It was to be expected.

Hmm...sounds like you are describing the average sports fan to me.

Losses happen. Even to the best teams. Especially on the road.

It's about time you dealt with that fact, I think.

Remember when I said "I'm not going to blame this on the officials..."?

I said only that I think MU wins it if it's evenly called. It was MU's fault that they couldn't finish of OU and left themselves in this position.

At the same time, OU got bailed out at every single turn.

And if you didn't even watch the game, kindly STFU.

Sure-Oz 01-16-2010 02:28 PM

MU blew this shit plain and simple. Outhustled and outplayed.

Home teams get all ties, IMO.

These weren't ties. The charging call wasn't close. The traveling call was outright garbage.

Now the out of bounds call is your standard 'home cooking' call, anytime it's close I know it's going to the home team.

But there were calls that went OUs way that were not your standard 'tie goes to the hometeam' calls. Or at least they shouldn't have been.

I won't go with outhustled.

They didn't mail it in.

They just didn't play smart.

I saw enough of the game to realize that Mizzou played like shit and didn't deserve to win. I can't think of more than a couple good shots, I saw sloppy defense, careless offense, and hustle. We would have had to get the "officiating advantage" you claim OU got to win this game.
