I figured that would be the problem. I did it with 2.5 cups of ice cream and wen slightly under on the 1.5 cups of flower. Makes the bread a little bit sweeter without it being too desserty.

I also used this stuff:

Someone would pose a fake result to claim how wonderful the biscuit is. Then bunch of us would follow that recipe and come back later and be pissed off.

OK, I'm trying this again (either today or later this week). I'm making some additions though. Going with Breyer's Natural Strawberry. I'm gonna add a little sugar and fold in some fresh chopped strawberries.

Finally got around to this... sugar, fresh strawberries, and I apparently made strawberry ice cream muffins.
