When I have chili, it's almost always

1. Homemade
2. In a bowl
3. Tortillas crushed underneath
4. Chopped Vidalia
5. Shredded sharp cheddar
6. Sour cream
5. Liberal dashes of Tobasco

if I have them, I throw on some fresh jalapeno slices.

That's a smothered open faced chili cheeseburger. I dont like them like that tends to make the bun a soggy mess.

In college used to eat at Hardees and they had the ultimate. It was a chili cheese Monster burger with chili cheese fires. Damn that was amazing.
