Burman's only uses egg yolks as opposed to Hellmann's which uses both yolks and whole eggs. The Burman's is a bit richer. Hey, if you're going to eat mayo you might as well go all the way. I do use Hellmann's "light" if I'm making potato salad or something that has a mayo base. |

My older brother when we were kids would make a miracle whip smitch. paint that stuff on half an inch thick. He didn't like bologna and I didn't think much of it then. Now it makes me wanna gag.

I mix mustard in with bbq sauce at friends BBQ. They always have kc masterpiece or sweet baby rays both a lil sweet but I like. The mustard makes it just right. |
