I dont understand how a signing of Cullen Jenkins would mean a 4 man front?

Jenkins played DE in the Packers 34 last season.

He could play DE in the Chiefs 34, most likely Tyson Jacksons spot. It's just coming to terms that a better talent is replacing Jackson in a starting role that's all.
