You have one elite DT but I think I can handle him since he's your only blue chip DL. I've only allowed two sacks all year.

You have a very good OL but lack WRs. I think my passing game would overwhelm your secondary eventually.

You're giving up a high YPC, that might be a factor.

The question for you is...do you really want to blitz Akeem Ayers when I literally have eight skill position players who can beat you? (Welker, White, Smith, Givens, Myers, Allen, Spiller, Bradshaw).

To be honest I'm not really sure how good my team is. I squeaked past Cdcox and beat the Pillagers handily, but the rest of my schedule has been full of cake:

Dallas 2-5
Springfield 1-6
Portland 3-4
Topeka 2-5
Fort Worth 2-5

We'll know just how mighty these Broncos are after I play Anchorage and Clearwater. :)

Which DT are you shortchanging? Fairley and Melton are both pretty damn good.

I had a long response typed up, but I decided I was doing all my future opponents' game planning for them and then just throwing it out there. So I'll just say I agree I don't match up well against you for a myriad of reasons. Still hoping for the chance, though!

You won't have Fairley in the Sandbox Bowl if the current injury availability is correct.

I don't see him as a blue chip DT anyway. Especially not against my G/C.

A fact I had glossed over.

As far as sacks are concerned, I have ended up on the right side of my Dockett/Wilkerson for Fairley/Wimbley trade so far. Fairley and Wimbley both have 3 sacks and Dockett and Wilkerson have none.

But in the grand scheme of things I still have some buyers' remorse. I probably should have held on to Wilkerson. Oh well. C'est la vie.

I would love to know how any of the teams I have played are choosing to attack me on offense/defense (you know, since it's not working at all :)).

Since most of you don't have to play me again there's no harm in sharing via private message. Anyone game?

Duluth doesn't game plan against opponents. We take what we want, when we want. And it works slightly more than half the time.

When we built the league, I think I had the fourth pick in the draft and took Phillip Rivers, thinking he was a youngish top-tier QB with many years left in the tank. His rapid decline has significantly affected our fortunes.

Von Miller is really good.

And Anthony Castonzo is evidently a turnstyle. ****ing guy is getting abused weekly and I think it's been 3 consecutive weeks that a sack/fumble has been extremely costly.

This team drives me absolutely insane.

Don't worry, my dink and dunk offense will leave the light on for you.

****ing team threw the ball 40 some times with a 70% completion percentage and managed right at 200 yards. Aaron Rodgers has turned into Alex Smith on me.

I don't get it - what a brotha gotta do to get the ball downfield?

What is: "Time to throw."

Anchorage gets TWELVE sacks on Cam Newton and holds Wichita to 56 total yards.

OMFG

Six sacks for Von Miller.

TambaBerry 07-26-2013 07:58 PM

I can't believe I lost wtf a lot of offensive pass interferences and weird ass play bush catches it for 46 yards fumbles and the defense runs it back for a td come on. Also drew brees blows.

cdcox 07-26-2013 08:16 PM

The Vision sacked Tony Romo 9 times. Brutal.
