Cassel and Romeo are the same -- they can't bring a team back when it matters. And when it matters they get terminated. It's a self-fulfilling loop that won't be broken until they're both gone.

You know the issue with Cassel? Well, among so many others, he just doesn't have good anticipation of who's going to COME OPEN. He looks (at his one and only read, mind you), if they look covered, he shits the bed and checks down. He doesn't anticipate who may break free and that's why we see at least 2 or 3 plays every game of some guy wide open behind the secondary while Cassel just checks down. Aside from all the first downs and yards that we DON'T get, we're leaving a shit ton of big plays and TDs on the field every. single. ****ing. game.
