I think he’s talking out of his ass. Teams aren’t going to waste their time evaluating a player then drawing a hard line at an insulting offer. And with several teams interested in bidding it’s very hard to believe that none can produce more than $4m. Obj likes attention and this is how he gets it. Either teams are very skeptical about his health or they don’t want to deal with his drama. Same drama that led to him stringing along the rams when they basically held a locker for him. If that is the lowest of offers I doubt it’s because it’s all anyone can afford.
