Got the car back yesterday. She is externally ready for the Power Tour.
Fuel Injection is next on the list and then stereo and interior finish. Also adding a GPS Speedometer. http://i541.photobucket.com/albums/g...pswndt1gcx.jpg http://i541.photobucket.com/albums/g...psqj5w3aju.jpg http://i541.photobucket.com/albums/g...psobabqmmr.jpg |

I was actually thinking about doing a hydroboost set up. Interesting that the electric works better. |
So I might be stealing Sauto idea of buying a car down south and going and driving it back..I found a 76 K5 Blazer for $1700..400CI, NP 205 transfer case, old school 4 speed with Low 1 2 3
My dad had a 79 K5 with the 400 and turbo 400 trans in it when I was little and I remember standing in the front seat jumping up and down as he smoked the tires in front of the house as my mom stood in the driveway screaming at him to grow up |

You'll need to run a minimum 105 Amp Alternator for it. The manufacture suggests less, but we disagree. The downside is that it's over twice the cost of the Hydroboost. |
