I hope your reverse karma works, because if he goes on IR I'm blaming you.

NEWSFLASH:

Eric Berry was 100% when Heap had a HUGE day against us in the WC game and plenty of other instances last year.

If we dont find a way to cover opposing tight ends without sacrificing elsewhere to do it, we are totally ****ed.

EVERY TEAM IN THE NFL knows it by now.

Yes, because we all know that Heap and Chandler are basically the same player.

Eric Berry was a rookie playing against a veteran TE. Sorry, the situations have zero parallels.

I hope "Stevie" Johnson gets hit by a bus tomorrow.

bullshit bad guy

TEs KILLED us ALL YEAR last year.

Dont turn a blind eye to that fact just to make some people feel like losing Berry was the reason another tight end ate our lunch.

Well we know God hates him, so it could happen.

It wasn't just the TE.

Watch how many times 42 and 47 show up on pass completions. They went at them all day long regardless of the match-up.

No, I don't think that would have happened quite the same with Eric Berry in there. I don't have a crystal ball, but I know he makes a difference.

I hope eric berry can't play the rest of the year. oh wait.......

you stupid ****s realize he went back out on the field after he was hit right?

BossChief 09-11-2011 10:23 PM

Fact is, we NEED to add 2 more good safeties if we are to ever be a real contender.

Defenses are only as strong as their weakest link and even Lewis got ate up today.

I LOVE the idea of adding Darren Sharper to this unit...even on his last legs, he would be the second best safety we have.

Is this a legal play?

I guess i'll post this again for you.

"Cut blocks are mainly legal in the open field where the defender can hurdle the offensive player but not at the line of scrimmage, where the tactic is particularly dangerous, sometimes causing career-threatening injuries."

pure heart

Kid wouldnt let himself believe that he was really injured and not just hurt like had happened many times in the past.

Happens a lot.

I dont think it was as serious as some here think, though.

He walked down the steps by himself to the trainers room when he left the field...if the medical staff really felt he completely tore something, no way they let him walk down steps within minutes of a tear.

He also returned to the sideline with his shoulder pads still on...is he had a tear, that likely wouldnt be the case.

If he has a tear in any of the three ligaments of his knee, I will be pretty shocked.

I will also be equally as shocked if he plays anytime in the next month.
