The kid is way above average, but you might wanna downshift just a touch.....just my .02 though

I'm not saying he equals either of those players entire game, but his accuracy, arm strength and ability to throw from just about any position/situation behind the plate is equal to the best I've ever seen. I wouldn't say it if I didn't believe it.
