On the food, they put enough in one of those boxes which makes it heavy and I prefer to keep it all together in one of those. Then I take them out individually when I get home. In fact sometimes another person will come over and offer to help when they see me straining. That happens always, when I am trying to lift a case of water at Costco. Those things are big and heavy.

I never been good at lifting weight. Could never even do a push-up or climb ropes in school gym—and I am have never been fat and was only 105 lbs back then.
