An ironic statement from a fan of a school that's afraid to play their biggest rival from the last 100 years anymore.

Sounds more like a "moral victory" to me.

See? ^^^this is exactly why Alden schedules nothing but tomato cans in both sports. His fan base is totally clueless about how SoS works and why not all wins are equal. He is able to get away with that whereas Zenger's fans would not tolerate a garbage schedule.

I keep forgetting about UCF's impressive victory over K-State that year.

I get that PB tends to lie (in this forum and DC). What I don't understand is why.

Your hypocrisy is astounding (flashback to two months ago).

UCF just beat Baylor in the Fiesta Bowl. Hung more than half a hundy on them...

BourbonMan 01-15-2014 01:23 PM

The thing about SOS, is that you don't know for sure untill that year. You can have schedule a year or two out, and say..Oh, that's a cupcake of a schedule and then when it comes time to play, those teams are suddenly tough. And then vice-versa, it could look like a tough schedule and then it tuns out they're really cupcakes...Save for a few teams that are always consistant.

2013 UCF did that. 2012 UCF, who Mizzou actually played, lost to Tulsa twice.
